• No Permissions: The app only requires Internet access to fetch news articles and does not access your location, contacts, or files.

3. Third-Party Services and Content

Our app aggregates content from third-party sources (e.g., BBC News, The National). When you interact with this content, the following applies:

• WebViews: When you open a full article, the app uses a WebView to load the publisher's website directly. These third-party websites may use cookies, tracking pixels, and other technologies to collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not have control over these third-party practices.
• Image Loading: We use third-party libraries (Coil) to display images from the news feeds. To load these images, your IP address is naturally visible to the server hosting the image.

4. Data Safety (Google Play Requirement)

For the purposes of the Google Play Data Safety section:

• Data Collected: None by the developer.
• Data Shared: None by the developer.
• Third-Party Collection: Users are interacting directly with news publishers' web content, which may collect data independently.

Our app does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect data from any users, we are compliant with COPPA and GDPR regarding data collection.
